I think what we have written is an accurate and heart felt description of our experience with Lillian.
My husband Peter and I decided that we wanted to move into a larger house. So we started to casually look around by going to open houses and booking the odd private viewing. Early on in our quest we met Lillian.  Lillian was very low pressure.  She took our email and the details of what our wants were in a home. Lillian started to send us new listings that met our search criteria. I must say we had some strict criteria, like staying in the same school district, an open concept floor plan, at least 2200 square feet and of course a budget. Almost a year later we found a home that had everything we wanted. Lillian realized how badly we wanted this home. Lillian advised us of what to do to get our house ready to go on the market and to get the most money. This was on a Monday and on Tuesday, we made an offer that was accepted conditionally. The following day, someone else came with a firm offer on the same house leaving us 24 hours to walk or firm up. We felt confident that our house would sell because of Lillian’s experience, extensive marketing program and staging advice, so we firmed our offer and had our house on the market the next day.
Now the stress starts 8 weeks until closing. Lillian remained calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. She was genuinely concerned when we received feed back about our house, and assured us that our house was beautiful, well priced and would sell. We had many showings but no offers. We did not have much time left until closing the stress was building. Lillian gave nothing but good advise throughout the entire time. Finally we received an offer. I think we would have accepted half of what we were asking just to relieve the anxiety. Lillian walked us through the offer with exceptional advise and negotiated a great selling price for us. The result was we got more then the price we were expecting. We also got the home of our dreams for less then what we thought was possible at the beginning of our search.
We all know how stressful selling can be. Lillian was low pressure when we first met her and an experienced reassuring advice giving expert as the 12th hour approached.
I would strongly recommend Lillian to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home., We will definitely use Lillian again for the sale and purchase of any future homes and continue to recommend her to friends and family. Not only do we have a trusted agent for life but a dear new friend.
